Analysis¶

A support request has been raised by the Emmess user requesting that Previous Calls Qty Field Is Not Editable and Needs to Be Enabled in Product Line Inspection Calls.

Menu Path: Sales --> Orders --> Emmess Quotations

While adding the Inspection calls line, Previous calls Qty field value was not showed in the line and report.

previous_calls_qty field is computed field and it is not editable in inspection call line.

Solution:¶

Menu Path: Sales → Orders → Emmess Quotations

In the Product Line Inspection Calls, when entering the inspection call quantity details and then adding another inspection call quantity, the value was automatically computed and populated in the previous call’s quantity field.

Previously, the Emmess team had not entered the inspection call quantity details. Now that they have entered the details, the values are being computed correctly.
