Description
Required access to be provided for Emmess user to add inspection calls.

Analysis:
Menu Path: Sales --> Orders --> Emmess Sales Orders
In the sales order line, the Emmess user is unable to add inspection call details.
- Status changed from New to In Progress
Solution:
- Issue discussed with Vignesh
- In the sale order line form view, removed readonly="state != 'draft_sale' or locked" , and added the inspection call details.

The issue was resolved and communicated to the Emmess team via a phone call.
