Analysis:

Menu Path: Sales --> Orders --> Emmess Sales Orders

In the sales order line, the Emmess user is unable to add inspection call details.

Solution:

  • Issue discussed with Vignesh
  • In the sale order line form view, removed readonly="state != 'draft_sale' or locked" , and added the inspection call details.
